All items purchased by personal checks wait to ship 18 days from date of deposit.  All items purchased by cashier checks, bank checks, money orders or credit cards are usually shipped within a few days of receipt.

Layaways

At Spivack & Kraut, Inc., we understand the feeling of wanting to own every great hockey piece.  We, ourselves, own virtually every item you see in our inventory.  That is why, if you prefer, we offer INTEREST FREE LAYAWAYS on every item which we have available for sale.  Below are our general terms for layaways.  If you need any other special help, please feel free to contact us personally with your situation.

At Spivack & Kraut, Inc. we want you to be happy with every purchase you make.  This is why we offer a full 7-day return privilege from date of receipt on every item we sell (excluding layaways).  All layaway sales are final.

If you are unhappy with any non layaway item you purchase, we will refund your money, credit you on charge card orders or give you a company credit, it’s up to you.  All you have to do is ship the merchandise back to us (insured) and we will refund your money when we receive it (less shipping).
